All returns and exchanges are subject to our policy below.


Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You should return the damaged or defective item on that day itself the day you bought. . If you don’t want that item, you can buy any other item of the same price value. In any event, we do not offer any cash refunds.


Cash on Delivery:

Please make only cash payments at the time of delivery. No other payment mode such as cheque and demand draft would be accepted. For cash payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after receipt of cash. For cheque payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after cheque realization

Warranties

For large Shalimar products come with outstanding warranties that back up the premium quality of our appliances. If your Shalimar home appliances fail during the first year, Shalimar will replace it free of charge. Our Free Replacement Warranty, guarantees that we will:

  • Deliver a replacement right to your door
  • Arrange the return of the failed appliances
  • Guarantee the new appliance for the one year.

Shalimar Service Plans

In addition to warranties, we offer extended coverage with a series of Shalimar service plans. Enjoy one, two, three years of continued protection with a Shalimar service plan. You will never have to worry about unexpected repair bills after your manufacture’s warranty ends, because all functional parts and labor to install tem are included
